Whether for detoxification, rejuvenation, stress relief, or overall wellbeing, each programme follows authentic Ayurvedic principles under professional guidance. With a balanced combination of therapies, diet, and rest, our programmes provide a complete pathway to restore harmony in body and mind.

Rejuvenation Programme
This holistic rejuvenation programme is created to revitalize the body, refresh the mind, and enhance overall wellness through a thoughtfully planned selection of traditional Ayurvedic therapies. It incorporates a blend of oil-based treatments, heat therapies, rhythmic applications, and targeted care for specific areas of the body to encourage relaxation, improve circulation, and support natural healing.
After a detailed consultation, the Ayurvedic physician designs a personalized therapy schedule according to the individual’s constitution and current condition. Daily sessions are structured to provide around ninety minutes of therapeutic care. Alongside external treatments, supportive internal herbal formulations and a tailored dietary plan are provided to strengthen the benefits from within. Guests may also take part in the optional morning yoga session at 7:30 AM to complement the healing process.
The programme aims to nourish body tissues, promote flexibility and strength, aid digestion, calm the nervous system, and encourage healthy ageing. It supports improved energy levels, mental clarity, skin health, and balanced functioning of the senses, helping guests experience a renewed sense of vitality and wellbeing.

Relaxation Programme
This relaxation programme is designed to ease physical tension, quiet the mind, and promote a deep sense of calm through a gentle selection of traditional Ayurvedic therapies. The programme may include soothing oil applications, steam therapy, rhythmic forehead treatments, herbal powder therapies, specialized foot techniques, medicated milk therapy, nourishing rice bolus therapy, and a herbal facial to refresh the skin and senses.
Following a detailed consultation, the Ayurvedic physician curates a personalized set of treatments based on the individual’s body constitution and present condition. Each day includes approximately ninety minutes of therapeutic care. Supportive internal herbal preparations and a suitable dietary plan are advised to enhance the benefits of the therapies. Guests are also welcome to join the optional morning yoga session at 7:30 AM to complement the relaxation process.

Fat loss Programme
Modern life can take a toll on both body and mind, leading to stress that affects physical and mental health. Our Ayurvedic Stress Relief Programme is designed to restore balance, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the body through a holistic approach.
Under the guidance of our Ayurvedic physician, the programme combines targeted therapies such as full body massages, herbal steam treatments, Shirodhara, specialized bolus therapies, medicated milk baths, nasal therapy, foot and head treatments, ear fumigation, and herbal decoction baths. Internal herbal medications and a tailored Rasayana diet support the healing process from within.
Daily yoga and meditation sessions are also included to promote mental clarity, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. This programme helps reduce stress, improve sleep, enhance energy levels, and restore harmony to body and mind.

Stress Relieving Programme
Rebalance your mind and body with our holistic Stress Relief Programme. Designed to ease mental and emotional tension, this programme combines traditional Ayurvedic therapies, personalized diet, herbal medications, yoga, and meditation.
Treatments may include soothing full-body massages, steam therapy, Shirodhara (forehead oil therapy), herbal bolus therapies, medicated milk baths, foot and head massages, nasal and ear treatments, and therapeutic enemas—all selected according to your body’s needs.
With daily yoga, meditation, and specially prescribed Rasayana herbs and diet, this programme promotes relaxation, restores energy, supports mental clarity, and helps the body adapt to stress naturally.
